Welcome to the FlyTOL.com Wiki.
This is an open source project that maintains extensive database of news, history, events, and more concerning aviation in Northwest Ohio and Toledo Express Airport. FlyTOL.com is a privately owned and operated website that does not have any direct relation with any entity involved in the ownership or operation of Toledo Express Airport or Toledo Metcalf Field. FlyTOL.com opened in February of 1999 and previously utilized the domains of ToledoExpress.com(this was later acquired by the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority) and FlyToledo.com. It was also part of USAFlying.com for a short time until that site was dissolved and projected moved back to focus solely on aviation in Northwest Ohio and Toledo.
The current focus goal will be loading content to the site and then later re-organizing it and continue to fill it out. Below will be a long list of topics that will need to be focused on. If the text is in red, the page isn't created yet but if a user clicks on it and enters text and saves it - it will create the page. There are many resources available for Wiki commands to format your edits and additions - so please utilize them.
